Delivery

We aim to have all orders dispatched and delivered within 5 working days in Ireland.

Online shop goods shipment is done through GLS and are shipped within 2 working days after payment cleared. For walk in baths orders handling time is up to 10 working days and delivery time is 5 days. Goods can be shipped from our stock in Ireland and from our EU warehouse. 

Easybath.ie shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

You must inspect goods thoroughly before signing for delivery. When signing for delivery you accept the products are defect free and in good condition. If the goods are damaged while transport you should not accept it and let the courier return product to Easy Bath. You should never sign for delivery if goods unchecked.

If goods are ordered over the weekend or on a bank holiday the order will be processed next working day and delivery will vary accordingly. We recommend that you make the arrangements for trades people to carry out work on your behalf only after your order has been received.

Delivery is to customer’s door only or to the entrance of their property only, transport company can not deliver the items to a specific room in the customer’s home.

Return and refund policy

• Easy Bath accepts returns within 14 days from the date of sale, products must be returned unused and in original packaging. Buyer covers all return costs
• After the product is examined and in unused condition full refund will be made within 30 days
• Defective product must be securely packed and wrapped. Buyer covers the return cost 
• After receiving the product, we will examine and test the defective product in accordance to your complaint. If the defect is found valid, we will replace the item. However, if Easy Bath is unable to provide a replacement of the returned product for any reason, full refund will be issued
